Can we order siblings' pictures together?

Yes! Click "Enter another password ..." for password login. You can enter a maximum of five passwords at a time. Alone wrinkles friendly. You can order so combined and save.

I have a password card with access data - how can I order photos?

When you receive a password card with a personal password, go to the "PASSWORD LOGIN", enter the password, and click Open Album.

I have received an e-mail with access data - how can I order photos?

When you receive an e-mail with access data, click on the button in the e-mail where you will go to the album. You will then come to the "Customer Log" page. Enter here your access data, including the e-mail address and the password you have received.

Where do we see the status of our order, e.g. Date, production or shipping date?

The easiest way is to click on the link in the order e-mail. Alternatively, you can log on with "Password-Login" under "Customerlogin". The order details can be found under "My account".

How long does the delivery take?

Which is based on the payment method. When paying by PayPal and direct debit, the order is executed directly. Payments usually take 3-4 days longer On the other hand the delivery time depends on the selected products. The production times can be found in the respective product information.

Is the logo (watermark) removed from the image?

Naturally! The watermark is only for protection against illegal downloads.

How is the quality of prints, posters, etc.?

We work with the professional labs. These specialists use high-quality materials from well-known suppliers in order to avoid compromising quality. Should nevertheless times a mistake, we take care of it of course.

Is it possible to adjust the image section?

Yes. In the shopping basket you have the possibility to do so. If you reduce the image cut, an enlargement of the respective area is created. Look for the stars that tell you whether the resolution of the photo is sufficient for the magnification. You can also fit a photo so that nothing is cut off from the subject.

I rarely order online - how can I order photos here?

Select a photo from a photo album, please click on it and click it. Select, specify the number and click the button: "Add to Cart". If you have put all your photos into the shopping cart you like, please click on "Shopping" on the right and follow the instructions.
